Once your service is confirmed, we will provide you with an online questionnaire to complete at a time that suits you. The questionnaire helps us understand your wishes, family circumstances, assets and any specific considerations that should be addressed in your documents.
We prepare your document/s
3
Using the information you provide, we will prepare your estate planning documents tailored to your circumstances. You will receive draft documents for your review. We will explain the documents, answer your questions and make any reasonable amendments required to ensure they accurately reflect your wishes.
Execution of documents
4
Once you are happy with your documents, we will guide you through the signing process and provide clear instructions to ensure everything is properly executed. We will send you your final estate planning documents in a dedicated estate planning folder, ready for signing and safekeeping. Depending on the document requirements in your state or territory, you may need witnesses such as a Justice of the Peace or another authorised witness.
We will help you understand the signing requirements and can provide guidance on arranging execution at a convenient location, such as a local library, shopping centre or community Justice of the Peace service. Once your documents have been properly signed and witnessed, you should retain the original copies in a safe and accessible place, such as a secure location at home or with your bank or other trusted custodian.
Your estate plan is then complete, giving you and your loved ones clarity and peace of mind for the future.
