Australia-Wide Online MediationMediations are facilitated by Tylie-Anne Lambert, Principal Lawyer of Gaia Law, who holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws, and is an AMDRAS Accredited Mediator. With extensive legal knowledge and formal mediation training, Tylie-Anne understands the legal framework surrounding disputes while remaining an independent and impartial mediator throughout the process.

We also offer in-person mediations on the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Brisbane, with transparent fixed-fee pricing for both half-day and full-day sessions.
Where appropriate, participants may choose to incorporate gentle nervous system regulation techniques, including coherent breathing and mindfulness practices, to support calm, clarity, thoughtful communication and productive negotiations. These practices are entirely optional, are not therapeutic or altered-state breathwork, and are simply designed to help participants feel more grounded and present throughout the mediation process.
Resolution with Clarity and CareWhat is the Process?
Initial Enquiry
1
Contact Gaia Law to discuss your dispute and whether mediation is the right option. We'll explain the process, answer any questions, and determine whether a half-day or full-day mediation is best suited to your matter.
Pre-Mediation Preparation
2
Once your mediation is booked, each participant will complete a confidential pre-mediation intake. This allows the mediator to understand the issues in dispute, identify each party's goals, and ensure everyone is prepared for a productive mediation.
Mediations can be conducted securely via video conferencing Australia-wide or in person on the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast or Brisbane.
The Mediation Session
3
On the day of the mediation, the mediator will guide a structured discussion in a respectful, impartial and confidential environment. Each party will have the opportunity to explain their perspective, identify the issues that matter most, and explore practical options for resolving the dispute.
Where appropriate, participants may choose to incorporate gentle coherent breathing or mindfulness techniques to support calm, focused communication. These practices are entirely optional.
Throughout the mediation, the mediator facilitates productive discussions, helps identify common ground, reality-tests possible solutions, and supports the parties in negotiating practical outcomes. The mediator remains independent and impartial at all times and does not make decisions or provide legal advice to either party.
Resolution & Next Steps
4
If an agreement is reached, a written summary of the agreed outcomes will be prepared.
Where appropriate, Gaia Law can also assist with preparing legally binding documents, such as Consent Orders, Binding Financial Agreements, Deeds of Settlement, or other legal documents to formalise the agreement.
If the parties do not reach a complete agreement on the day, mediation often helps narrow the issues in dispute and provides a constructive foundation for future negotiations.
