Our trade mark service includes preparing, amending and filing your trade mark application, together with monitoring and reporting on the application from filing through to registration, on the basis that no objections or oppositions are raised.
The current IP Australia filing fee is $250 per class of goods or services, payable in addition to our professional fees.
If IP Australia raises an objection, or a third party files an opposition, this will require additional advice and work and will be reviewed and quoted separately before any further work is undertaken.
