AMDRAS Accredited Mediation (Half Day)
Half-Day Mediation
Professional, Legally Informed Mediation Across Australia
Gaia Law provides a focused half-day mediation service designed for parties seeking an efficient and cost-effective pathway to resolving disputes.
Facilitated by our Principal Lawyer and Nationally Accredited Mediator, this service offers a structured and supportive environment where parties can clarify issues, negotiate effectively, and work towards practical resolution. It is ideal for matters that are narrower in scope, partially negotiated, or capable of resolution within a shorter timeframe.
Our approach is solution-focused, legally informed, and tailored to the needs of each matter. Where appropriate, participants may also choose to incorporate optional somatic practices such as guided breathwork, mindfulness, or sound-based techniques to support calm, clarity, and effective communication throughout the mediation process. These practices are entirely optional and are offered at no additional cost.
