It is ideal for matters that are narrower in scope, partially negotiated, or capable of resolution within a shorter timeframe.

Our approach is solution-focused, legally informed, and tailored to the needs of each matter. Where appropriate, participants may also choose to incorporate optional somatic practices such as guided breathwork, mindfulness, or sound-based techniques to support calm, clarity, and effective communication throughout the mediation process. These practices are entirely optional and are offered at no additional cost.

Family Law Matters

Important: Gaia Law is not a registered Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) provider. While we can facilitate discussions and assist parties to reach agreement regarding parenting and property matters, we cannot issue Section 60I Certificates required for certain parenting proceedings in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Where agreement is reached, we can also assist with documenting outcomes and provide advice regarding formalising arrangements where appropriate.
